Making Space Update and a Giveaway

At the beginning of December I announced that I’d give away all print proceeds for the month to “Making Space,” a fundraiser that had just launched at Woodland Hills Church and aimed to help low-income and homeless families in St. Paul. I also mentioned that if we hit the goal, I’d give away some prints to start the new year.

How’d it go with prints proceeds?

At the time, I set what I thought was a lofty goal of $600 and said that if we hit that, I’d start the new year by giving away a couple prints. You guys definitely came through and then some…

Over $1000 in print proceeds was raised and was donated to Making Space!

Thanks not only to everyone who purchased a print but also to all of you who tweeted, shared on Facebook and helped spread the word about this!

How’d it go at Woodland Hills?

Woodland Hills set their goal for “Making Space” at $26,000 which was the amount they needed to expand their food shelf and make some building renovations so they can used as an overnight homeless shelter. Again, people came through and then some…

As of now, Woodland Hills has received over $100,000!

All funds extra funds will also go towards helping low-income and homeless families in St. Paul. Find out more on Woodland Hills’ web site.

Free Prints!

You guys went way past the $600 goal so it’s time to give away some prints! To enter, simply leave a comment below and mention which Word design you’d want.

 • One week from today, I’ll pick 2 random winners
 • Giveaway is open to everyone (U.S. and international)
 • Prints will be 16×20 and come from one of my print stores.

Good luck!

UPDATE: Congratulations to Jenn and Shay who each won a 16×20 Word print!
