Unsolicited Momentus Submission (AKA: Game 6)
I made a joke on Dribbble about having Game 6 of the 1991 World Series as part of Evan Stremke’s awesome Momentus project, where a select group of designers, illustrators and artists create visual interpretations of the most defining moments in United States history. To me, Kirby Puckett’s home run in game 6 of the 1991 World Series is just as important as the Revolutionary War, the Birth of the National Parks and the Moon Landing.
After making the joke, my brain couldn’t let go of the idea and this is what happened.

Important as the Revolutionary War? Not so sure, but parks and the moon, yes, what have they ever done for us anyhow?
